My career started deep inside a Swedish steel plant, monitoring the coke ovens on night shift. Standing there — face smudged, clipboard in hand — I learned two simple truths: every process can be improved, and nothing happens without people who care. Those lessons have followed me through factory launches in Asia, commercial turnarounds in medtech, and most recently the task of reenergizing scaleups back home in Scandinavia.

Throughout his career, he has focused on growing people, improving processes, and making sure quality leads to results.
