Marketing Manager

Lead Replior’s Brand & Demand Engine—hands-on, sleeves rolled-up

At Replior, we transform clinical trials through technology—and we need a Marketing Manager who can both set the strategy and execute the tactics. Joining our Stockholm office, you’ll own our brand voice, build data-driven campaigns, and personally drive the day-to-day tasks that turn ideas into measurable pipeline together with a small team.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the Brand – Guard our global brand architecture, messaging, and visual identity across web, socials, collateral, events, and partner programmes.
  • Run Multi-channel Campaigns – Design, launch, and optimise digital, email, event, and social campaigns that generate qualified leads for Sales.
  • Create Content & Thought Leadership – Produce (and often write) white papers, case studies, webinars, and video stories that position Replior as the eClinical innovator.
  • Own Digital Performance –Website strategy, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and social channels; track full-funnel metrics and iterate in real time.
  • Lead Events & Partnerships – Plan trade-show presence, negotiate sponsorships, and co-market with partners to extend reach.
  • Feed Market Intelligence – Monitor competitors and regulatory trends; deliver insights that influence product roadmap and pricing.
  • Enable Sales –Pitch decks, one-pagers, and lead-handover workflows in HubSpot/CRM.
  • Manage Budget & Vendors – Forecast spend vs. pipeline impact
  • Coach a Growing Team – Set OKRs, mentor marketers, and foster a creative, accountable culture by leading through doing.
  • Report & Refine – Present monthly dashboards to COO & CEO, highlighting ROI, pipeline contribution, and recommended pivots.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker who happily writes copy, tweaks ad sets, and crunches analytics yourself.
  • 5 + years of B2B marketing (eClinical, health-tech or life-science a plus) with proven brand-building and demand-gen results.
  • Fluent in marketing automation and performance tracking (HubSpot experience ideal).
  • Story-driven, data-literate, and comfortable in regulated environments (GxP, GDPR, MDR).
  • A collaborative self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, scale-up setting and leads by example.
