Digitising a paper diary solved data capture. It did not solve motivation.
Replior’s eCOA is built around behavioural-science principles designed to sustain participation through the difficult parts of a trial. Meaningful contribution, visible progress, study-specific messaging and adaptive content reinforce why participation matters — rather than relying on reminders alone.
The results can be substantial: 99% retention at Week 28 in a long-duration dermatology study, compared with ~80% across two comparable prior studies from the same sponsor and indication, and 97% daily diary completion in a 52-week Phase III study.
